1. What inspired you to become a model?
A: It’s something I always felt I could do, and after enough folks told me I had the look for it, my mom not included, I figured I should give it a shot. It’s another form of expression for me as well. It’s fun to be able to express certain elements of myself through the shoots. Maybe it satisfies my itch to do acting which isn’t out of the realm of possibility either.
2. Name some models you look up to and tell how they have had an impact on what you do.
A: I don’t know if my inspiration would be from any particular model, per say. I think recently I’ve been inspired by 70’s and 80’s smut. The gritty, raw, and raunchy kind of stuff. That and some modern, more sexually perverse stuff.
3. What are all the types of modeling you are involved in or wish to gain more experience in?
A: I suppose currently I’m involved in just about whatever I can get to do. I would like to get more experience in clothing as a whole. Maybe end up on some billboard in a nice suit or one of those pictures of folks wearing polos and khakis on a yacht.
4. How did your modeling career start?
A: I’m not going to count the three pageants I won in my home town when I was a child; however, the career just started rather abruptly. I’ve done photoshoots here and there. Fortunately, I was able to get an opportunity to work with you. If I make it big, I will credit you for helping to make it happen.
5. You seem to be very comfortable in your birthday suit. Were you always this outgoing?
A: Heavens no. I’ve always been rather meek and pretty shy. I think once I got older and lived on my own my outlook on life changed. Now I think I’m a bit of an exhibitionist.
6. What are some of your favorite past times?
A: My two favorites are lifting weights and paying music. They’re really passions more than past times. I’ll continue them throughout my life, no doubt. Aside from those, I love reading and learning. I like to keep my mind busy. I’m rather fond of armchair philosophy.
7. Tell us about your band!
A: Pale Misery is heavy, blackened death metal. It’s extreme music, and that seems to be what I find easiest to create. We’re working on a new album as well as some splits with other bands. Taking all this time with the quarantine to come up with some great stuff. However, I sure do miss touring.
8. How was your first experience as an underwear model working with us?
A: It was awesome. I’d love to do it again. I think the experience of a shoot is always contingent on the environment and photographer. Fortunately, it was super pleasant which helped me to really get into it.
9. What was your first tattoo and what does it mean to you?
A: My first tattoo was of my first band’s logo. It was commemorative of all the things I got to do with them, and the friendships I made with them. I mean, I’m still writing music with one of the guys from It whom I consider a brother.
10. What is your favorite tattoo and what does it mean to you?
A: That’s like asking to pick my favorite child, of which I have none. I think I’ll need a bit more before I can pick a favorite.
